We Saved a Customer’s Valuable Data Yet Again

We recently serviced a notebook PC for a client when Windows 10 would not boot.  We mentioned to the customer that we backup up all data before doing any work and they were relieved since they had 50,000 (yes – 50,000 – not a typo) files (photos music and documents) that they could not afford to lose. Happily, we recovered all the data, replaced the drive and restored the 50,000 files o the new drive. We saved the day or should we say we saved the DATA.  – Lesson learned – BACKUPS – hard drive eventually fail – without a backup – priceless memories, files and music will be lost – we can help with that!
